Previously there were no single platform to lodge your grievance against airlines, we need to go to each airline portal to do so.
Now Airsewa web portal and a mobile app have been recently launched by Government for the convenience of air passenger.
It provides an integrated common platform where passenger can lodge their grievances against all major stakeholders in the aviation sector including airlines.
All complains related to air administration including flight delays, baggage lost and unusually long waiting period for refund adjacent to long lines at air terminal can be enrolled utilizing the Airsewa web portal or mobile app. The complains can be registered under specific category/Sub categories such as ticketing, fares and refunds, flight delays, baggage, check-in, boarding and the like, or against general categories under the category ‘Others’.
